Print a large schedule in small sections

Question:

My schedule's page size is set to 24 inches wide by 8.5 inches high. I would like to print it in sections on my laser printer and later tape them together to build a large schedule.

Answer:

Choose File | Printing Options.
Select Use Specified Size.
This will cause the schedule to be printed in sections as large as your printer can print. Your 24 inch wide schedule will print in 3 sections.
